Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on cloud architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in the creation and sharing of technical content, including whitepapers, code samples, and blog posts.
- Evangelize and educate customers about AWS technology, including workshops, user groups, and public speaking engagements.
- Background in cloud architecture, systems design, software development, infrastructure architecture, data engineering, or DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business-fluent German and English.
- Passion for technology and learning.
- Experience designing, building, refactoring, or operating IT systems, either on-premises or in the cloud.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
- Working knowledge of multiple technology domains, including distributed internet-scale web or mobile applications, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, analytics, Machine Learning, enterprise workloads, high-performance databases, complex networking implementations, and highly secured workloads.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working in or with regulated organizations or with the Education sector.
