About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Inhouse Consultant to join our team at Rheinmetall. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for supporting our existing SAP infrastructure and collaborating with specialist departments to drive business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Process Development: Design and implement technical processes in the SAP FICO area, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance business efficiency.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate group-wide S/4 HANA projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Application Landscape Harmonization: Standardize and harmonize the group-wide application landscape, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Business Partner Support: Provide expert advice and support to business partners in the central and specialist departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • External Service Provider Management: Coordinate with external service providers to implement new requirements, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Successfully completed studies in business informatics, economics, or a comparable background.
  • Experience: First-hand practical experience in the SAP area FICO or other modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and IT project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language Skills: Good English language skills, with Italian language skills in spoken and written an advantage.
