About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Residential Care Coordinator from January 2025. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and disciplined environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of care and supervision for students
  • Assist with daily routines and activities
  • Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive living environment

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage
  • European or Swiss passport or Swiss residence permit required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a comprehensive health insurance package.
