As a Training Process Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our training programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training processes that support the development of our employees' skills and competencies.
Collaborate with learning specialists in DTAs and Global Functions to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our organizational objectives.
Manage the end-to-end training management process, ensuring that training assignments are optimized for the right job profiles, roles, and skills across pRED.
Establish and maintain governance on the use of the LMS, ensuring consistent practices across teams.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice exchange among our employees.
