We are seeking an experienced Strategic SAP Team Lead to join our team at Komax AG Switzerland in Dierikon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of SAP specialists, driving software development and process improvements for end users.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the Basis area, and possess in-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, and Service Provider Management. Proven experience in project management and change management is also essential.

As a Strategic SAP Team Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing SAP releases, suggesting new functions and solutions to improve business processes, and introducing them in designated committees. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment, coordinating with implementation partners for cross-module projects.

In this role, you will oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and ensure new team members are effectively integrated into the team. You will organize training sessions, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working time models, home office options, and access to internal English courses and learning platforms.
