About the Job Description
As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for our Human Capital Management suite, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives to engage with clients and understand their needs, then deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our Enterprise applications.
Job Requirements:
- Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to clients.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities by providing in-depth knowledge of our solution, services, and training.
- Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
- Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
- Assist sales teams in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest learning opportunities provided by Workday.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Consulting/HR roles.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative systems around HR.
- Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is beneficial.
- Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Strong functional expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French is a plus.
