Job Title: Cybersecurity Coordination Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Coordination Specialist to join our team at RMIT Professional Resources AG in Zurich, Switzerland. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in planning and coordinating security reviews, including Penetration Tests and Bug Bounty activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for security reviews, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage resources and schedules for external penetration testers, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
- Moderate meetings, capture decisions accurately, and ensure transparent follow-ups to drive project success.
- Track and manage the remediation lifecycle of identified penetration test findings, guaranteeing prompt action and resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy in the penetration test process and generate regular reports to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating and overseeing penetration testing activities, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to identify and assess security vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations to drive improvement.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships for outsourced testing resources and engagements.
- Familiarity with trainings such as CSM, CMP, PMP, and PRINCE2, as well as certifications like CISSP or OSCP, is an asset.
- Language skills: German, English.
- A competitive salary of CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
