IT Infrastructure Manager

At Grand Hotel Victoria-Jungfrau AG, we are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the company's physical and virtual IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of our IT systems, supporting the organisation's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain tools for monitoring the health and performance of IT systems.
• Develop and enforce policies to protect the organisation's data and IT assets from cyber threats.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors, service providers, and other third-party entities.
• Develop and manage the IT operations budget, including forecasting future needs and managing costs.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects that improve operational efficiency and introduce new technologies.
• Develop IT policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the IT operations team, including hiring, training, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years in IT, preferably in a multi-site and international environment.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, on-premises and cloud infrastructures, and VMware solutions for virtualization.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (M365, Teams, Exchange, AD, DFS).
• Good knowledge of storage and backup technologies (Netapp, Veeam).
• Experience in networking (firewall, routing, switching) would be a plus (Checkpoint, Cisco Meraki, Alcatel-Lucent).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in English, French, and German languages would be a plus.
