Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain, a degree in Engineering, and expertise in Integrated Management systems. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented approach are essential for this role.
The selected candidate will also possess knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries and experience of software development processes in a safety-critical environment. Additionally, experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities include proposing continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency, advocating a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture. The candidate will also perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved and realize Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
