Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the engineering strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Manage a team of 10 direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Hug Engineering AG remains competitive

Requirements:

* Master's or PhD in Engineering
* Minimum 15 years of experience in an industrial environment, including at least 5 years of leadership experience in a global environment
* Deep understanding of Internal Combustion Engine and Emissions reductions technologies
* Good understanding of Industrial Automation Systems and Large scale SteelWork assemblies
* Experience in Marine or Stationary applications is highly desirable
* English and German fluency (minimum C1 level)
* Customer and results orientation
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
