Job Description: Aircraft Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Procurement Specialist to join our team at Resource Group - Recruitment.

This role is responsible for coordinating the purchasing and selling of aircraft parts and services, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Purchasing and Sales: Assist in the procurement of aircraft parts and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms to meet business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on new and existing vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Business Administration: Handle various administrative tasks related to aviation procurement, marketing, outright sales, repair management, exchange, and loan transactions.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation industry standards and practices.
  • Procurement Skills: Proficiency in business administration and procurement processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ability to perform quality assurance checks and handle vendor issues.
  • Marketing and Sales: Experience in marketing and sales within the aviation sector, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
