Job Overview: Aviation Parts Coordinator

At Resource Group - Recruitment, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates. We are currently seeking an experienced Aviation Parts Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchasing and selling of aircraft parts and services, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Purchasing and Sales: Assist in the procurement of aircraft parts and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms to meet business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on new and existing vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Business Administration: Handle various administrative tasks related to aviation procurement, marketing, outright sales, repair management, exchange, and loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Sales: Coordinate the purchasing and selling of aircraft parts and services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms to meet business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality assurance checks on new and existing vendors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Business Operations: Handle various administrative tasks related to aviation procurement, marketing, outright sales, repair management, exchange, and loan transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation industry standards and practices.
  • Procurement Skills: Proficiency in business administration and procurement processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Ability to perform quality assurance checks and handle vendor issues.
  • Marketing and Sales: Experience in marketing and sales within the aviation sector, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
