As a strategic partner, you will drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and increase Caterpillar parts and services awareness in the European market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the European market, strong marketing analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will focus on customer-centric initiatives related to maintenance, repair, rebuild, and hydraulics aftermarket options, collaborating closely with key business partners to ensure effective strategy execution.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, focusing on the European market. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms are also essential. Fluency in English and knowledge of the construction industry and aftermarket solutions are preferred but not required.
