We're seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Manager, Corporate Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and implementing comprehensive insurance programs on a global scale.

Job Summary

  • This role involves managing and implementing comprehensive insurance programs on a global scale.
  • Annual negotiation of the renewal of our world-wide transit insurance program, corporate aviation insurance, and art insurance programs.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers to design and implement construction/all-risk insurance programs for worldwide CAPEX projects over $50m.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering and analyzing underwriting and loss forecast information to ensure that policy coverage terms and conditions minimize risk to our worldwide operations.
  • Review and negotiate insurance/contractual risk transfer language in supply chain agreements.
  • Analyze claims data to manage insurance claims to timely resolutions.
  • This role involves documenting and implementing clear, efficient insurance processes.
  • Lead third-party insurance broker teams to ensure the highest level of expertise and quality service.
  • Provide timely responses and insurance-related solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Executive Director, Global Corporate Insurance on project-based needs.

  • Implement and maintain comprehensive insurance programs.
  • Design and develop insurance strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage complex insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate risk/insurance management setting.
  • Detailed understanding and working knowledge of INCOTERMS.
  • Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain insurance.
  • Third-party risk transfer insurance programs.
  • Managing insurance broker service providers.
  • Complex claim negotiations.
  • English (fluent).
  • German (fluent).
