The Medical Director - Clinical Development is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the medical aspects of clinical development.
This position requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in clinical research and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing clinical strategies for global programs
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive program objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- MD or equivalent degree required
- 5+ years of experience in clinical drug development, with a minimum of 10 years in an industry environment
- Advanced knowledge of assigned therapeutic area required
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong scientific partnerships with key stakeholders
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects/submissions/trials in a global/matrix environment
