Job DescriptionThis master thesis internship position is located in Basel, Switzerland, on site. The opportunity includes developing a method using geometric machine learning for explainable hydrophobicity estimation of antibodies, backed by in-vitro datasets.
You will collaborate closely with our team in Basel, New York, and San Francisco. The requirements include pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Biology, Physics, or related technical fields.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and familiarity with graph neural networks, geometric deep learning, or explainability approaches would be helpful.
- Hands-on experience building and training neural networks with at least one DL framework (preferably PyTorch).
