**Job Description: Senior Application Development Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Development Lead to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will act as an interface between external and internal stakeholders, including technical experts, purchasing teams, sales organizations, product management, and development teams.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing customer-specific development projects
  • Providing training to technical sales organizations and customers on radio-frequency and microwave products
  • Supporting product developments
  • Global travel, up to 20% of the time

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Technical degree in electrical or communications engineering
  • Knowledge of high-frequency technology is desirable
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a development or product management role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and open to an international work environment
  • Fluency in German and English is required
