- Monitor local compliance in countries with global processes.
- Align with global partners on changes and secure necessary resources for requirements setting, implementation, and testing.
- Responsible for up-to-date global process documentation and training materials.
- Project Management and roll-out of related projects.
- Coordinates User acceptance testing for Global process changes and sign-offs.
- Coordinating global communication, training and change management strategy among all involved roles in the process, for all affiliates as well as measures and drives adoption across all countries.
- HR background with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle with strategic acumen and global market know-how Payroll & Time.
- Experience and knowledge of project management in an international, coordinating processes in an organization with a global scope.
- Excellent collaborator management skills with ability to influence across matrix organization and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to drive enterprise-wide value and improvements, as well as Strong conceptual, end-to-end thinking abilities.
