As a Quality Assurance and Support Specialist with Randstad (Switzerland) Ltd., you will be responsible for providing operational support to the LIMS/SAP systems. Your role will involve coordinating projects and changes to the system, ensuring GMP compliance, and interacting with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • First and second-level support/troubleshooting for LIMS software application users
  • Implementation and communication of system changes
  • Validation of new functions/applications, including functional specifications and test scripts
  • Further development and deployment of the LIMS system
  • LIMS-related support during DRs/CAPAs/CRs/INVs/EICRs
  • Maintenance of local master data, such as groups, components, and units

You will work closely with different departments, including QC, logistics, QA, IT, and OT, to ensure seamless integration and effective support. Your strong computer skills and experience in dealing with pharmaceutical/laboratory software will be essential in this role.
