About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Heineken Switzerland AG. As a key member of our Central Hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and availability of our production and utilities equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop, update, and deploy maintenance standards, as well as support our SPM program. You will work closely with local maintenance teams to ensure critical checks are embedded in maintenance plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local maintenance teams to embed critical checks in maintenance plans
  • Support the identification and transfer of good practices within the cluster breweries
  • Optimize long-term R&M costs using SSH Maintenance Planner
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and manage partnering with suppliers on technical requirements
  • Interface closely with Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners across breweries
  • Manage the process and standards for optimization of maintenance plans
Your Experience and Behaviours
  • English language proficiency: good (ability to actively participate in professional meetings held in English)
  • Relevant technical education
  • Min 5 years experience in Maintenance (preferably in the fields of planning or engineering)
  • MOC and MDM experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in high ambiguity situations
