**About the Role**
econvent Association seeks an experienced Sales Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member, you will focus on expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management & Growth: Foster strong relationships with small to medium-sized clients by continuously assessing their use cases and ensuring they maximize the value of econvent products.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving data inconsistencies, and assisting with pricing adjustments or contract renewals.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle yearly reporting, data usage reports, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Process Automation: Collaborate with CRM and internal software teams to automate administrative workflows, optimizing the sales process.
- Market Insights: Gather and share valuable market insights with internal teams for product development and analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales, account management, consultancy, or client success management. Proven expertise with CRM tools is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills in English.
