Key Responsibilities- Agile Methodologies: Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Team Facilitation: Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Product Development: Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that requirements are clear and actionable.
- Team Coaching: Guide and coach the development team on Agile principles, enabling them to deliver high-quality products.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track the team's progress, providing regular reports to management.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in an accounting software or related industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and Quality Assurance professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative work environment and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and result-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
