We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant at Grace La Margna St Moritz, a 5-star superior hotel spa in one of the most prestigious alpine resorts in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer care and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Be a role model and share expertise with team members to inspire and motivate them.
  • Create memorable and lasting experiences for our guests.
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
  • Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
  • Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
  • Be proactive and outgoing, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide personalized services and ensure timely resolutions of guest challenges.
  • Take responsibility for any part of the operational process.
