We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant at the luxurious Grace La Margna St Moritz hotel. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our swimming pool area, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the pool area to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Be a role model and share your expertise with your team members
  • Create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Ensure the pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests
  • Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash
  • Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety
