Ihre Aufgaben

  1. Leitung und Durchführung strategischer Qualitätsinitiativen und Projekte, die zur Steigerung unserer Qualitätssicherung beitragen.
  2. Projektsteuerung und -koordination, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte termingerecht und innerhalb des definierten Umfangs sowie Budgets geliefert werden.
  3. Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen und Geschäftsbereichen, um klare Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
  4. Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ihr Profil

  • Master-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fach wie Qualitätsmanagement, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
  • Mehr als 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Qualitätsbereich, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsposition.
  • Hohes Niveau an Fachwissen in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessverbesserung.
  • Hohe Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative, teamfähig und durchsetzungsfähig.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
