As a member of our Business Solutions Delivery team, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation initiatives within KPMG Switzerland.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a first-level support role, with expertise in product or project assistance.

You will be responsible for undertaking Level 1/2 engineering support for ECM projects and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deliverables, and coordinating communication and information flow among the ECM team members and end users.

  • Gathering data and performing analysis for product-related topics, focusing on user delivery and satisfaction
  • Driving security and compliance by ensuring proper processes are followed
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices

You will also build trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and external partners.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver solutions, leveraging your excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

The ability to prioritize tasks and manage parallel efforts is essential, as well as exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a first-level support role, with expertise in product or project assistance
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Online products and tools, especially SharePoint and Azure DevOps
  • Experience operating within multicultural environments
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
