About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate IT team at Franke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our IT procurement activities, ensuring compliance, and managing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement of IT infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with Franke Group demands.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B-shop for IT hardware and support overall IT procurement activities.
- Contract Analysis and Negotiation: Conduct commercial analysis and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Coordination and Support: Collaborate with the legal and/or privacy department, as well as specialized IT and business departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- IT Contract Management: Manage the IT contract database, including user onboarding, provisioning, training, and contract lifecycle management.
- External Software Audit Support: Coordinate and support external software audit requests.
- Central IT Demand Processes: Support central IT demand processes, such as application portfolio management, website inventory, and IT architecture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business information technology, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years or less of experience in IT procurement, general procurement, or a related area, or willingness to acquire procurement knowledge.
- Skills: Strong interest in technology, understanding of IT products and services, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, data analysis and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively across departments, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Language Skills: Good language skills in English and German (written and spoken).
