Senior Legal Counsel APAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our APAC team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic and operational legal support to our commercial organization in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and strategic counsel for our operations in the APAC region, including the operations of our joint venture with Fresenius Kabi in mainland China.
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships with our business leaders in the region and develop a strong understanding of our business and its strategic plans and priorities.
- Provide first-chair legal support for our commercial operations in the region, including negotiating, drafting, and executing sales, distribution, marketing, licensing, and other contracts.
- Review and advise on advertising and promotional materials, as well as engagements with third-party stakeholders, including governments, payers, healthcare practitioners, and patients and patient associations.
- Provide strategic counsel on relevant pharmaceutical and other laws, regulations, and codes, including requirements and procedures for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing marketing authorizations and product licenses for our products.
- Manage disputes and litigation to protect our business interests in the region.
- Provide corporate legal support for our operations in the region, including providing advice and legal/company secretarial support for our group companies in the region and the Vifor-Fresenius Kabi joint venture company in mainland China.
