Investment Process
You will be responsible for driving the investment process as an Investment Associate, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing direct secondary transactions in top tech unicorns.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Evaluation: Assess the feasibility and potential of investment opportunities.
- Execution: Manage the investment process from start to finish, including due diligence efforts and stakeholder engagement.
- Due Diligence: Lead efforts to evaluate investment opportunities, including financial modeling, legal review, and risk assessment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with investors, founders, brokers, and other stakeholders to identify and assess investment opportunities.
- Post-Investment Monitoring: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deal execution and post-investment monitoring.
