The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and performing a comprehensive training strategy for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Commercial and marketing teams to ensure teams master the articulation of clinical value messages, effectively overcome objections, and provide impactful customer experiences

In addition, the role involves:

  • Supporting the development of marketing materials based on product literature and medical evidence
  • Participating in the writing and approval process of these promotional tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in wound management or related area
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing clinical education programs
  • Working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or related medical/scientific field
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is a plus
