As a Training and Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving clinical marketing communication and training strategies to enable marketing and commercial teams to drive HCP awareness, guidance, and support.

This role involves developing and performing comprehensive training strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, conducting competitive analyses, and collaborating with the Commercial and marketing teams to ensure effective messaging and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop launch materials based on product literature and medical evidence
  • Identify and build a strong KOL Network who can share valuable messaging, techniques, and suggestions with their peers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in wound management or related area
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing clinical education programs
  • Fluent English, German will be a plus
