Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Support and Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Develop the Production Support Team: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to Overall Site Performance: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business success.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality across all areas, including OEE, capacity, RFT, SHE, and Quality.
  • Maintain Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to ICHQ7 and other regulatory standards through audits, inspections, and data analysis.
  • Plan and Execute Validation and Qualification Activities: Coordinate validation and qualification activities to ensure compliance and meet business needs.
  • Support Invest Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SHE and Q-compliant projects.
  • Manage Tolling Manufacturing for Formulations: Oversee the production of formulations through tolling manufacturing.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree in Technical Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemistry and Business Administration
  • Experience in Pharma or Chemical Production
  • Several Years of Experience as a People Manager
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Excellent Social Competences
  • Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
