About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Group Financial Reporting Analyst to report directly to the Group Financial Reporting Manager. As part of our day-to-day operations, you will collaborate closely with Somfy Finance and business teams worldwide to coordinate group management accounting and reporting, as well as participate in various projects.

Your role will be crucial in managing the presentation and reporting of accurate financial data, driving the improvement of the visibility of numbers. As a key player in the finance controlling department, you will contribute to the company's mission by providing financial insights and enabling strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly close accounting processes, working closely with finance internationally to ensure accurate and achievable financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting deadlines within the group in order to base the decisions of the Executive Committee on the latest available data.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the data uploaded by local controllers.
  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity or concern and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a corporate/group finance position.
  • Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS experience, Accounting and Consolidation.
  • Solid knowledge of Hyperion and HFM (OneStream an advantage).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • SAP knowledge would be a strong asset.
  • Business fluent in English and French is a must, any further European language is an asset.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and location.
