Join Our Team as a Customer Engagement Consultant

Business & Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate, is seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Consultant to reinforce its team. If you're passionate about digital transformation and solution-oriented, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will work with organizations undergoing digital transformation, helping them evolve from product-centric to customer-centric digital journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering impactful digital marketing projects at our clients
  • Capturing business and functional requirements through workshops, meetings, and analysis
  • Designing complex omni-channel customer journeys with business stakeholders
  • Helping clients with digital marketing program visioning, planning, execution, and adoption
  • Defining and following up on project activities, guiding colleagues towards a shared objective, and reporting status to senior management
  • Coaching colleagues and sharing best practices and experiences to drive team growth and development
  • Learning and applying innovative technologies, such as AI, to address current and future business challenges
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital/IT projects
  • Passion for digital transformation and solution-oriented approach
  • Data-minded with full proficiency in English and French
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing processes, including CMS, web analytics, customer profiling, and AI chatbots
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one relevant digital marketing tool, such as Adobe, Magento, or Google
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Eager-to-learn mindset and flexibility
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database modeling (a plus)
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies (a differentiator)
  • Experience in consulting or implementation projects (a major asset)
  • Affinity for the financial, retail, luxury, or watch industry sectors (a plus)
