Project Management Officer

Job Summary
The Project Management Officer will play a key role in facilitating the access to information and the interaction between internal or external management. He/She will work closely with IT Domain Managers to tackle project portfolios and management control topics, with the aim of improving KPIs and client relationship quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team project portfolio and support teams on project management methodology;
- Track project status based on updates from project stakeholders and identify potential risks and mitigation measures;
- Monitor and manage the budget envelope of the portfolio of projects and ensure the profitability of the project(s);
- Guarantee the return on investment and productivity;
- Work closely with project teams and management to gather project data and produce reporting for management review.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and experience;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
