Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through onsite attendance and remote technical support.
You will work closely with our clients to resolve faults efficiently, ensuring their commercial impact is minimized.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform field service engineering work as required, including onsite service engineering at client sites.
- Travel to client sites, both locally and internationally, as needed.
- Coordinate and provide support for site events and installations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance calls and manage fault tickets.
- Rotate client sites as necessary and perform site surveys.
- Install small works, including handover to the client.
- Work on a rotational shift basis and perform administrative tasks to support the engineering role.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in AV/VC/UC technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including managing client escalations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organized approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
