IT Operations Manager

Source Technology is seeking an IT Operations Manager who specializes in Windows Server expertise. The ideal candidate will have around 7 years of experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance Consulting) and at least 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
This role demands strong knowledge of supporting applications running on Windows Servers, as well as proficiency in Windows systems administration and networking and security systems knowledge. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby are also essential.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a stable Windows Server environment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Analyze system logs to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Elastic Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS Cloudwatch would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with SRE in a Treasury environment or performing SRE with FIS Front Arena is a plus.
