Fragrance Development Manager Beauty

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Development Manager to join our Beauty Strategic Segment Unit in Geneva, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our perfumers to design superior and differentiating fragrance creation and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new creative ideas and fragrance themes aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Develop innovation prototypes and solutions in line with innovation projects objectives and parameters.
  • Support innovation deployment to the organization and guide the fragrance development community on category-relevant technologies and fragrance design innovations.
  • Contribute to the category global expertise and olfactive tools.

Requirements:

  • A fragrance expertise with 5-10 years of successful experience in Beauty categories.
  • Scientific/technical background can be a plus.
  • International olfactive knowledge of the market and the consumers.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong team player, agile in a matrix organization.
