We seek an experienced Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Position

This role will involve providing administrative support and coordinating customer service activities on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • To handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • To maintain accurate records and data for all client interactions.
  • To coordinate administrative tasks and prepare documents as required.
  • To ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the set timeframe.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree.
  • Experience: Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Russian languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
