We seek an experienced Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
About the PositionThis role will involve providing administrative support and coordinating customer service activities on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities- To handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- To maintain accurate records and data for all client interactions.
- To coordinate administrative tasks and prepare documents as required.
- To ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the set timeframe.
- Education: Relevant degree.
- Experience: Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Russian languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
