In this exciting role, you will execute tasks assigned by the project manager to drive business success, including conducting process discovery & walkthrough sessions for operational and/or support processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by participating in OE Forums and engaging in the GBS Operational Excellence Community of Practice. Share industry best practices to inspire positive change within the organization.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in process improvement and operational excellence. A minimum of 3 years combined experience working in insurance and/or BPO customer service operations and in process or performance improvement teams is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process discovery & walkthrough sessions for operational and/or support processes.
- Gather information and data to support project objectives.
- Participate in OE Forums with offshore Business Partners.
- Engage in the GBS Operational Excellence Community of Practice.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years combined experience working in insurance and/or BPO customer service operations and in process or performance improvement teams.
- At least 1 year experience participating in process & performance improvement projects as Business/Process/Data Analyst for customer service operations in the insurance, BPO, and/or shared services industry.
- Experience in managing project stakeholders, including delivering formal presentations and developing status reports.
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need).
Nice to Have Skills:
- LEAN Six Sigma Greenbelt Trained or LEAN Six Sigma Yellow belt Certified.
- Training on Operational Excellence, Problem Solving, and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
