Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global Archetype Strategy and Deployment team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, globally-structured multi-family supply chain delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Managers, Supervisors, and individual contributors in a matrix environment, conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Lead the design and development of Distribution business process standards, executed against clear Deliver strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deploy the Global Archetype roadmap, inclusive of capabilities aligned to strategic priorities, data and technology strategies, analytics talent strategy, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify scalable practices, technologies, and best practices for the Archetypes that drive value through improved Distribution efficiencies.
  • Define critical Distribution capabilities for each Archetype and develop relevant approaches, ensuring consistencies among markets in terms of process and ways of working.
  • Lead the process of defining, developing, and implementing governance frameworks for the Distribution Archetypes.
  • Develop and implement the J&J Operational System (JJOS) and a set of Proven Practices and Processes across the Archetypes that define the way each Archetype will work to deliver sustainable customer value, growth, and profitability.
  • Identify and establish plans to address Deliver Distribution capability gaps to drive consistency in proven practices and standardized processes.
  • Advance Deliver Distribution Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the Archetypes and regions, prioritizing and leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.
  • Establish and implement Deliver Distribution systems integration strategy to grow business initiatives using a multi-approach evaluation, overseeing transformation projects, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Define and recommend optimal Deliver Distribution Archetype operational processes and procedures by portfolio, including comprehensive continuity plans linked with the company's business strategy.
  • Lead the identification and recommendation of strategic Distribution capacity expansions needed to support portfolio growth as well as new Commercial business opportunities.
  • Create customer on-site optimization and network re-configuration scenarios to present to Deliver and Commercial stakeholders for customized key wins.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or University degree required.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
  • Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies.
  • Experience in data analytics analysis/insights.
  • Demonstration of strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and get things done through influence versus line responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate orally and written clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem-solving using proven methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to challenge the norm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • J&J Operating System (JJOS) experience.
  • Distribution experience.
  • Green belt/Black Belt Certification.
  • FPX training/certification.
  • Proven experience in successful change management.
Additional Information

This position may require up to 50% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550/yr. The Company may extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available to accept additional applications. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
