About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Facilitator to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a Material Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize work preparation, inventory management, and goods movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize quality, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and facility management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in speaking and writing German, with a working knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
