Laboratory Services Coordinator

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facility management services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Services Coordinator to join our team in Oberdorf, Switzerland.

• Coordinate and schedule calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for laboratory equipment.
• Manage associated documentation and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
• Support laboratory staff with tasks related to functional testing, clinical reprocessing, materials analysis, and biocompatibility.
• Manage test sample logistics, specimen handling, inventory management, and associated documentation in Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) and Document Management systems.
• Support laboratory staff with document updates in the Document Management System and drive document change orders and requests.
• Support Environmental Health Service (EHS) activities, including maintenance of Safety Data Sheets repository, chemical waste management, and regulatory audits.
• Provide technician/hands-on laboratory support, including equipment installation, testing, evaluation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Communicate with customer staff and outside contractors regarding equipment calibration, repair, and operation.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams, and specification manuals.
• Fluent English is a must, German working proficiency is required.
