Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply plans, ensuring transparency of order requirements, and accurately shipping dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage supply plans to meet customer demands
  • Prepare and maintain planned stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure accurate shipping dates and efficient order fulfillment
  • Identify and resolve supply chain constraints through engagement with CMOs and VPT teams
  • Compile and present volume information as part of the ExM S&OP process
  • Support budget and projection activities by providing rational insights into volume drivers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated Supply Chain knowledge and experience
  • Supply chain planning and project management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and appreciation of the competitive environment
  • Fluent in English and French
