About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply plans, ensuring transparency of order requirements, and accurately shipping dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage supply plans to meet business needs
- Prepare and maintain planned stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and accurate shipping dates
- Effectively plan for and manage the impact of regulatory changes on supply
- Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Product Planner and Network Planner to drive supply chain efficiency
- Liaise with customers and coordinate supply planning with the Virtual Plant Team supply chain representative to minimize supply disruptions
- Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other company sites, global supply chain, and CMOs
- Lead supply chain meetings with customers to ensure alignment on business requirements and consumption plans
- Execute scenario planning and develop recommendations for contingency plans as necessary
- Responsible for compiling and presenting volume information as part of the ExM S&OP process
- Responsible for compiling volume information to support budget and projection activities and providing insights on variances
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated supply chain knowledge and experience
- Supply chain planning and project management experience
- Experience working in a tolling environment and/or with external vendors
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and appreciation of the competitive environment and its impact on driving change in the organization
- Appreciation of performance metrics and their value in influencing supply chain results
- Knowledge of logistics, financial, and information flows
- Excellent PC and systems skills with prior experience working in SAP
- Fluent in English and French
