About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply plans, ensuring transparency of order requirements, and accurately shipping dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage supply plans to meet business needs
  • Prepare and maintain planned stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and accurate shipping dates
  • Effectively plan for and manage the impact of regulatory changes on supply
  • Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Product Planner and Network Planner to drive supply chain efficiency
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate supply planning with the Virtual Plant Team supply chain representative to minimize supply disruptions
  • Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other company sites, global supply chain, and CMOs
  • Lead supply chain meetings with customers to ensure alignment on business requirements and consumption plans
  • Execute scenario planning and develop recommendations for contingency plans as necessary
  • Responsible for compiling and presenting volume information as part of the ExM S&OP process
  • Responsible for compiling volume information to support budget and projection activities and providing insights on variances

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated supply chain knowledge and experience
  • Supply chain planning and project management experience
  • Experience working in a tolling environment and/or with external vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and appreciation of the competitive environment and its impact on driving change in the organization
  • Appreciation of performance metrics and their value in influencing supply chain results
  • Knowledge of logistics, financial, and information flows
  • Excellent PC and systems skills with prior experience working in SAP
  • Fluent in English and French
