Role Description

The FP&A Controller will be responsible for managing budgeting and cost control, as well as financial analysis. This is a key role within our finance department, and the ideal candidate will have strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Budgeting Process and Cost Control
  • Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with sales teams and functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor monthly results compared to the budget.
  • Control costs and forecast P&L/corporate lines.
Monthly Closing and Reporting
  • Actively participate in monthly close reviews.
  • Ensure correct cost allocation.
  • Reconcile management accounts and monthly consolidated financial statements.
Special Finance Projects
  • Participate in strategic finance projects with the FP&A Manager and Finance Director.
  • Contribute to improving financial processes and optimizing costs.

The successful applicant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
