Part-Time Household Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our household as a Part-Time Household Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, as well as providing top-notch care for our children and dog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Management: Ensure the home is kept clean and tidy, with a focus on regular cleaning, ironing, and general household upkeep.
  • Childcare: Assist with the pickup and drop-off of children from school and activities, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for them.
  • Dog Care: Provide regular walks and exercise for our dog, Gallagher, and be responsible for dog-sitting services when we are away.
  • Flexible Hours: Work primarily in the afternoons from Monday to Friday, with one late night per week. Additional hours will be paid on an hourly basis.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • EU Passport or valid Swiss Work Permit: We require a valid work permit or EU passport to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English or French is required for effective communication with our family.
  • Driving: A driving license is a plus, as we will provide a car for use during working hours.
  • Experience: Prior experience in household management, childcare, or pet care is highly desirable.
  • Personality: We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and enjoys working in a family environment.

Benefits:

CHF 25 gross per hour
