Job Description
As Chef de Partie Patisserie, you will be responsible for the daily production of cakes and pastries, as well as overseeing the mise en place and managing the banqueting department. You will work closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to develop new menu concepts and ensure that all food and raw materials are stored properly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed training as a confectioner or cook and several years of professional experience in the patisserie. You should be a team player with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and creativity. Proficiency in German and English is required, with additional foreign language skills an advantage.
