We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our Deal Advisory team in the Financial Services industry. As an M&A Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing national and international buy- and sell-side M&A projects, with a focus on the financial services industry, particularly Private Banking and Wealth Management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage complex M&A projects from kick-off to closing, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Assist clients in developing business plans, challenging their strategies, and creating financial models using a wide range of research tools.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage an extensive network to explore these.
  • Stay ahead of future trends and developments, adapting quickly through continuous learning and training.
  • Lead and develop team members from the M&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, as is fluency in English and German or French.
