Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Services Manager

We are seeking ambitious professionals to join our Deal Advisory team in the Financial Services industry. As a key member of our team, you will advise national and international clients on complex transactions, from initial planning to successful closure.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage national and international buy- and sell-side M&A projects, focusing on the Financial Services industry, particularly Private Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Assist clients in developing business plans, challenging their strategies, and creating financial models using a range of research tools for market and company analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage your extensive network to explore these.
  • Stay ahead of future trends and developments by continuously learning and adapting through training and collaboration with your team.
  • Lead and develop team members from the M&A team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
What Makes You Successful:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, preferably with experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and productivity skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and German or French.
